Reserve Bank of Australia Update – August 2023

🏦 Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) Update 🏦

For the second month in a row, the RBA has kept interest rates steady at 4.10%. 📉

Some predicted a rise due to a strong job market, but with annual inflation slowing to 6.0% in June from 7.0% in March, the decision was made to hold steady. RBA governor Philip Lowe said the board is taking time to assess the economy, but future rate rises aren’t ruled out. 💼
