Corey has enjoyed a successful career in finance for the last 10 years. He started out in residential lending before moving on to a senior role as a commercial lending strategist for one of ‘the big four’. In 2017, Corey entered the world of mortgage broking and in just one year, placed in the top 200 of his aggregator company. Corey has a broad understanding of lending but specialises in commercial, development and complex lending. With a keen focus on investors, Corey is passionate about ensuring they have a structure in place that’s designed to optimise their lending and property journey. The ASIC-appointed responsible manager for Source, Corey is also a (FBAA/MFAA) Registered Mentor in the finance and mortgage broking industry.

With over 30 years’ experience in property, development and finance, Scott is a formidable force when it comes to tackling complex challenges that produce the best client outcomes.

Scott’s key focus is on delivering strategic real estate-focused solutions informed by his depth of experience in mortgage broking. And as a result of facilitating the business advisory services together with his continued team mentorship, Scott has played a vital role in Source Financial’s exponential growth in recent years.

A dedicated small business owner for the last six years, Daniel brings over 10 years’ experience as a financial planner to Source. After a recent skill expansion into the lending sector, Daniel now uses his extensive financial and tax advising knowledge to design successful strategies and solutions customised to his clients’ needs.

During her time in ‘big four banking’, Amy took a special interest in Home Lending and Share Trading. Since bringing her exceptional administration skills to Source Financial, Amy has played an integral role in building the end-to-end process for the business. Known for her attention to detail across all aspects of Source, Amy is current Source Financials, Team Leader of our Associates and Processing team, ensuring your loan application is taking place in an effiecient manner.

Having been part of Source Financial since its inception as a Customer Service Manager, Ben seamlessly transitioned into the role of a Mortgage Broker. Trained by industry expert Corey Goldby, Ben’s driving force is doing right by his clients, ensuring they receive the best results and service.

With a strong foundation in customer service, Ben uniquely blends his customer-centric approach into his mortgage broking practices. He prioritizes client needs, offering a personalized experience that combines the precision of mortgage broking with a dedicated focus on exceptional customer care.

She handles credit queries with lenders, ensures every detail is accurate, and provides outstanding communication with both clients and banks.
